Crenger Terms of DrawStock Use

Through DrawStock, the User can search visual content, like vectors, illustrations, images, and files in any format offered for free over the Internet.
Accessing and using DrawStock implies that the User has read and accepts to be bound by these Terms without exception.
In case the User does not accept the Terms or have any objection to any part of the present Terms, the User must not use DrawStock.
Crenger may modify the Terms at any time and thus Crenger recommendeds that the Terms are reviewed on a regular basis by the User.
The User is only authorized to use DrawStock in accordance with the Terms and in good faith.
The User agrees not to use DrawStock negligently, for fraudulent purposes or in an unlawful manner.
Likewise, the User agrees not to partake in any conduct or action that could damage the image, interests or rights of Crenger.
When providing the Services, Crenger may publish advertising either related or not to the searched Contents, which is expressly accepted by the User.
If the User has any questions regarding any Content or believes that it infringes any right, that it does not comply with these Terms, or that is inappropriate, the User can do so by contacting Crenger and send a copyright complaint.
The User acknowledges and agrees that uses DrawStock at the User's own risk and under the User's responsibility and therefore Crenger does not accept any responsibility for misuse or use in breach of these Terms.
Crenger authorizes the User to download and use the DrawStock Content under the terms of this license.
Crenger reserves all rights over the DrawStock Content not expressly granted in this license to the User.
Crenger grants the User a non-transferable, limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license for the duration of the relevant rights; to download, use and modify DrawStock Content, in a device the User owns or controls and only for the purposes and uses allowed in these Terms.
The User may use the DrawStock Content provided that it: (i) does not involve collective use, (ii) the DrawStock Content is not used in a manner that suggests an association or endorsement by Crenger, (iii) the DrawStock Content is not used or included in a database or archive in such a way that could prevent or limit future visits or downloads from the Website (iv) does not resell, assign, transfer or sublicense the DrawStock Content or any derived work from the DrawStock Content, (v) does not use the DrawStock Content in printed or electronic items aimed to be resold, in which the DrawStock Content is the main elemant (e.g. t-shirts, cups, postcards, mouse pads, calendars, web models or electronic devices), (vi) does not use the DrawStock Content (totally or partially) in any trademark, logo or part of the same, of which may be used by any other mean to guarantee or to imply a guaranty of any product and/or service; and (vii) does not use the DrawStock Content in connection with porn, defamatory or any other illicit or immoral contents.
The license of the DrawStock Content shall be free provided that any use of the DrawStock Content by the User is credited to Crenger as stated by Crenger from time to time.
For any use of the DrawStock Content without the credit to Crenger, the User must purchase a subscription (hereinafter, the Subscription) in the Website and download the DrawStock Content during the term of any such Subscription.
The User does not acquire any right as a result of the use of the DrawStock Content. In particular, the User is not authorized to distribute, resell or rent any DrawStock Content (or any modification of any DrawStock Content).
The User rights under this license will end automatically without any notice if the User breaches any of the Terms. In case of termination of the license, the User shall cease using DrawStock Content and will destroy every copy, whether total or partial, thereof.

Copyrights Notification Guidelines

Crenger respects third party's copyrights, and it is our policy to respond to all notifications about copyrights infringement as established by applicable regulations. Once the notification complying with these Guidelines is received, Crenger may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material or adopt such further action that at our discretion may be appropriate, including disabling a user�s account. When taking such measures, Crenger may attempt to contact the party that posted the content so that such party may make any statement he/she deems appropriate according to applicable regulations.

Copyrights infringement notifications must meet the following requirements

  1. The handwritten or electronic signature of the person submitting the notification.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works, a list of such works.
  3. Identification of the materials that are claimed to be infringing and that are to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to allow Crenger to locate that material.
  4. Information sufficient to allow Crenger to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and true.

Crenger will follow the procedures provided by applicable regulations to ensure compliance with copyrights. When a proper notification complying with the conditions above is received, Crenger will remove or disable access to infringing materials as soon as possible. Crenger will not necessarily send a confirmation regarding the removal/disabling.

The statements by the party that posted the allegedly infringing content must also comply with the requirements for copyrights notifications. Note that the User may be liable if the material infringes third party's rights, so Crenger recommends that if the User is unsure, seek for legal advice.

If the User believes that the party posting the allegedly infringing material is a reoffending publisher, the User may facilitate Crenger the relevant information in order to verify and take the corresponding measures.

If any of the above requirements is not fulfilled, the copyright infringement notification might not be valid.
