Dear Sir/Madam,
You are hereby invited to submit your bid, indicating best prices and delivery dates, along with all other relevant commercial and technical details, for the sample project. The bid shall be in compliance with the following attachments.
- This request for quotation
- Bidder Information Form
- Confidentiality Agreement
- General Terms and Conditions
- Plant Technical Specification
The specification and other documentation (the “Documents”) hereby attached are the protected property of crenger.com and it is prohibited to copy, or disclose them in whole or in part, to any third party, without the prior written consent of crenger.com. The use of the documents by the recipient will be strictly for the purposes of this RFQ.
It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that all the confidential information pieces are properly marked.
Before processing, the bidder shall sign Confidentiality Agreement and return it to crenger.com.
Please email your bid and all the relevant documents including signed Bidder Information Form and General Terms and Conditions requested, to reach the undersigned not later than the Bid Closing Date given above.
The bid shall indicate the country of origin, the manufacturer’s location, compliance statement, the deviation list (if any), warranty conditions, lead time, the details of shipment (weight, dimensions), and the estimated inland feight cost (if prices are on FCA vendor works basis).
Quotations are also requested for recommended spare parts for the equipment pieces requested, for both commissioning and 2 years of operation.
All prices quoted in the bid shall be deemed to have been carefully checked, and are binding on the bidder. The bid and the attached documents shall be signed by authorized signatories and emailed to the attention of the undersigned. All queries (regarding technical and commercial details of RFQ) should be emailed to the undersigned.
The bid prices are deemed to remain valid for a period of at least 60 days from the Bid Closing Date.
